Twenty 20

http://www.hindu.com/2007/11/25/stories/2007112560630800.htm

Have a look at this article from The Hindu. I was shocked. Plans are up for 20 new engineering colleges in the state. The saddening fact is that around three-fourths of colleges in the state lack proper infrastructure.

The government merely wants to open up centres where degrees are sold at the rate of 1.6 lacs for 4 years. I hail from a similar place.

The IITs in the country make sure that their students fly overseas to earn 7-10 lacs every year when a student from a private college keeps running pillar to post for a job. No one is really worried about the countrys' progress. It is a clear indication that the IITs are mere brands like the Mercedes to be sold out to a foreign organization.

Still people keep conducting debates about the contribution of the IITs towards building a strong nation. I am shocked....

Try talking to an IITian when you get a chance to go their festivals. It reveals that they aren't really bothered whats going on outside!

Reason: They remain locked up in a fully residential hi-fi insti for 4 year. Score something in the name of the CGPA. Enjoy all the infrastructure and fly out to work with Schlumberger for a salary of 2 lacs per month.

Ask an IIT grad... He says we are being paid for being an intellect! So aren't ? What went wrong with us? Am I forbidden?
I read a news item that the goverment wants to make IITians work in the country. Is this possible?

Why do these IITs and NITs create a drama in the name of finishing schools for the country? The security guard doesn't even allow one to enter the campus!

Hail the human resources policy of the country.

Break the rules

I am facing my exams till Dec 4 and I did not have the opportunity to meet my friends for quite a long time and I desperately wanted to meet my friend yesterday. It was nearly 9 by the time I started returning home. There is a new flyover city in my city where the traffic was being allowed in only one direction. Usually, the policeman restricts the direction in which I went. It was pitch drak and I noticed a two wheeler ride beyond the policeman. He was talking with someone over the phone and I was not able to recognise his face in the darkness. He just waved his hand to go. I decided to react. and.........

Shit! My vehicle turned off........ I thought it went dry....

Alas! it started! I came back home safely......

Brand IIT? Chee!

http://in.news.yahoo.com/071119/211/6nf65.html

I am shocked! Shame on those people! Reflects a bad image about brand IIT!

More to follow!

The thief in police

Today I faced my first theory exam of the seventh semester. It sucked. I was not really happy about my performance. I decided to go out with my dad( A so called relaxation!). I happen to notice two policemen, hiding behind a telephone booth. It was absurd. They were peeping over the road.
I turned towards the direction they looked at. I was shocked to notice that they were hiding themselves from a lady inspector in order to avoid getting caught red handed, seeing them smoking.

It is really a shame to the state police to avoid performing their duties promptly.

Too hot to handle

I went to a fast food restaurant yesterday. I ate for 25 rupees and gave him fifty bucks. He just threw those fifty bucks over the hot pan of cutlets, shouting for a change. He asked me to give another 5 rupees so that he could tender a round change. The other guy never took the 50 bucks note from the pan until I gave the coin from my pocket.
I reacted. I was shocked to see him take three more notes from the pan and he gave me the one of those hot notes!

The ten rupee note was too hot to handle.

Uncomfortable sunday

My mom is not feeling well today and hence I had to go get some vathal kulombu. I happen to go to a branch of the chain of restaurants belonging to the hotelier who is considered to be the kingmaker of the industry. Since the restaurant was situated near my home, I went to the place in my shorts. (Of course! Covered upto my knees). Alas! Since, the cooks had not returned from their diwali holidays, the parcel-in-charge guy was not ready to get me what I desired.
The dishwas being served to those only who buy a meals pack and no extra items were being served. I decided to go to the other branch of the same hotel which is very near by, located in the centre of the city. I got the same reply. I was shocked. I thought it was due to the Uppu Jowli rush in coimbatore. If you happen to be in Coimbatore, you would have known it. Its a unique traditional practice followed before a marriage where both the bridegroom and bride's relations, go for shopping. Hence the restaurants get flooded on such auspicious days.
I decided to go to the biggest branch of the same guy. I got a negative reply. I decided to switch over my brand now. There was one nearby. The parcel-in-charge of the hotel asked me to go to the previous place where I came from!!!!

Diwali vacations aren't over in Coimbatore. This Sunday noon passed away by mere travel through the city. It took me damn 30 minutes!!!!

In the intermediate. I went to a petrol bunk where the lady spilled fuel over me! She was in a row with her co-workers!!!!! I think this another idiot's way to waste liquid gold! You would be aware of what I did in the past or else go through this post.

The uncomfortable factor this sunday had was me going to the city in my shorts. People looked at me like an insect.

I am not sure whether I was horrible or my city is still being a conservative society who hate westernisation!!!!

Festival of lights

This diwali rocked. Though I wanted to celebrate an eco-friendly one, I was not able to make others to so. Hence I need to write how others spent theirs.
You could notice a blank pic, above. Kindly zoom into it. Its actually a golden sparkles!
The second pink color thing, just flew over my head. The third pic was a long shot of the farthest parts of the city. The best thing I happen to capture is the pink shots over the sky. The final pic shows the pollution levels of my city.
Though the pics are a bit shaken since they were night shots and you need a tripod to avoid them. Diwali was really cool this year except for the noise and smoke.
But the benefit is that there would be no mosquitoes for at least another day.

The plight of the Indian bank

Today I happen to visit the Indian bank near my home for personal reasons.... I saw 4 express counters for cash payments below 20K. I was shocked to observe more tham 50 people standing before the 4 counters where the queue was moving at snail's pace.... It took me 30 minutes through the express counter to make the cash payment. I thought that festival crowd would have made all this mess..

When I reached a stage where only 2 more turns were left for mine, I noticed that the cashier in the adjoining one was arguing with a lady that her photo affixed in the passbook was taken while her husband was alive. Since she is a widow(usually women do not sport bindis, if the husband is dead), he is not able to identify her and threatening her to change the photograph before she makes the next visit.

My turn was still worser. The cashier was talking with someone over the mobile phone. He wasn't worried about my payment. He kept asking about my job, career and all that stuff!

Eventually, I made the payment and I had to pass the challan to get my cash drafted. The assistant asked me to come later since the person was not available at the seat...

I had to budge.....

Do you believe customer is a king in our natinalised banks?

I don't.....

Language labs--

I had to write a paper called Communication skills as part of my lab exams this semester. It went well today. I was asked to talk about my surname "Yamanoor" for 5 minutes!

I was quite shocked!! Then I came to learn that the people inside just wanted to contradict whenever I tried opening my mouth........

The sadenning fact is that I never wished the external examiner and turned my back.

This semester consists of 4 lab papers and 6 theory papers.

The holy seventh battle begins!

Chennai Sucks!!!

Some things are never going to change on this earth. One of them is Chennai's climate. I happen to be in Chennai for some damn purpose which eventually turned out to be a failure. I was born in Chennai and since my 22nd day on this earth, I started hating this great city.
The city did not have a bucket of water to spare for a 22 day old baby. Now, things have woresened. I usually get fever in my childhood whenever I visit chennai. The climate is so horrible that you experiience non-stop sweating even when the climate is dull! When are things going to change?

The horrible fact is that I need to work in Chennai next year!

What is friendship all about?

Recently I happen to meet a girl over orkut who happened to be my friend's friend. I was happy that a girl is interested to chat with me. I got acquainted with her and I started chatting with this girl curiously. Later, I discovered that this girl wanted to talk with me since she challenged her friend ( who is my friend) that she will befriend me soon.
I was shocked to hear this. Though it was done for bleak humour, is this what friendship is all about these days?
Note.: I am scared about the dire consequences that I need to face at coll with my friend!

The stupid's method to waste national resource

I started to getting used with my bike. I had a strange experience today. I was heading on with a bus near a speed check post. The overspeeding bus never meant to stop the thing seeing me. I was frustrated and I decided not to give away. I succeeded and unfortunately my bike turned off! It happened twice, thrice and it kept repeating! I started worrying myself that a new bike is creating trouble. I went to coll without leaving the grip over the accelerator! A friend of mine told me that I would have pressed the choke accidentally. I am quite happy that the problem was solved in a short while. I went to class yet I am worried that I wasted the national resource!

Lights off!

I am getting used to the new bike. Suffering from pain now and then. Yesterday I had to visit my college for no reason and I happen to return to the city to fix number plates to my vehicle. ( I was riding it without one for 3 days!). I was not used to the sounds arising from the vehicles yet. After entering the city limits, I took a right turn followed by a left turn....
A guy seemed to chase me all the way since the second turn blowing his horn violently.I was annoyed with it. I stared at him through the rear mirror. Suddenly, he accelerated to come near me! I was just furious with his action and I kept cruising through. He came near me and told, " Switch of your turning indicator light!!!!"

I turned around and told him " Sorry"

I switched it off and felt very embarassed for my stupid act. I felt sorry for myself for not getting accustomed to the vehicle sounds.........

Got a bike

I have got a black unicorn with alloy wheels today. I am saddenend by the fact that I don't know driving a bike. Yet I managed through the streets of the city after performing a pooja at the local temple. These days, am not able to visit my blog space and I forgot the point which I wanted to make out in this particular post.
I am meeting new people everyday and I am trying to make it a point to be good friends with them.

Wish me good luck!

Are you married?

I keep visiting a place called Nilgiris in my city, every weekend to have fun with my friends. I happen to go there by 7 in the evening, this sunday. My friend wanted to have a "fancy" mobile number since he was not happy with the one he has. Three of us were in the shop for choosing a good one. Actually I was cracking stupid jokes to my friend who was buying the number.
As soon as we bought a good one, the shop keeper asked the other guy to register immediately since he had a photo with him.

We took a photocopy of the driving licence and handed it over to the shopkeeper to fill the registration form.

The shopkeeer asked my friend....

S.Keeper: Are you married?
My friend:No.
S.keeper: Do you have children?
My friend: (((Shockkkeeedd!!!!))) No!
S.Keepr(turning towards me): Do you think that only you can crack jokes? I too can......

I went running out of the shop laughing like hell!!!!!

This was the best sunday I have ever spent!

Celebrity love?

I was quite happy to see that a film actress has adopted a couple of animals. The animals have got a larger space now and they are being fed by a celebrity and they seem to look hale and healthy. I happen to capture one of them which you can sight above!

My question is that, whether these people do it for a noble cause or just for a publicity?

Successful trip

Hello there! My trip was successful and I enjoyed myselves a lot! I am yet to post my pics over the internet. I was interested just to post a pic and inform that I am back. Huh? What else? I am pretty tired. Above is a pic of water droplets over a small plant in Dubarak Forests... Shall keep this space updated.

off to blr!

I am going on an industrial visit to Bangalore,Mysore and Coorg for four days! I shall be making the last post for this month on Monday.
I am saddened by the fact that I have made only 14 posts this month. But I have taken it as a responsibility to keep this blog space alive!

Cheers,

Garden visit

I happen to visit my garden three or four days back just to capture some of the pics to check my camera batteries. Test batteries? I had to do so since my dad struck the panic bells telling me that those which I bought were local ones and they may or may not work! I had to charge it for an over night and test them to ensure that they work. I took 14 to 15 pics with it. By God's grace it did. I am going on a 4 day long trip tonight. Hope I don't face any technical hitches with this cam.
Coming to the pics that have been uploaded, my mom is a great gardener. So are my bro and dad. I am the only creature who isn't really interested. I was surprised by the fact that my people preserve a place which is too photogenic. Wish I cultivate an interest soon!

Potter mania reinvented

I happened to read this in one of India's leading daily newspaper. It was regarding the release of deathly hallows.... I was quite shocked to see the craze for the book in my city too. Good! Coimbatore seems to be adopting westernisation. Does all these fun mean westernisation?

I meant the other way.. Usually Coimbatore is a conservative society and step of introducing a western thought would land you in total failure. I was quite shocked to read about this particular book shop over the news papers. I made it a point to visit this place and take a pic for myself. I was so happy that I uploaded them immediately and I wanted to write a post on it too.

I have got another good news too..... My book arrived this evening through mail. I have kept it safely and I shall be patient until I finish half blood prince.

Results are out

I was fast asleep in the noon after having a sunptuous meal along with a delicious mango from AP(actually bought it from a local shop). I received 10 calls which kept disturbing all through my deep sleep. I was shocked to see 10 missed calls. Later, I checked 15 messages in my inbox. All had the same matter. What was that?

I re-checked my eyes several times to ensure that the results were out. OMG! It is true. A friend of mine called me and told that the juniors had seen theirs a long time back. My damn internet connection wasn't working. It took several minutes for the page to get loaded up. I was almost fed up. Finally I entered my number over the site. My pulse ran high through those few minutes since I typed.

The page displayed "B.E. Mechatronics Engineering" and never turned up and I managed to keep my cool only after seeing a P beside all subjects over the right hand side of the web page. I was quite happy about that and I informed my parents that the results were out and that I managed to pass the exams.

They were quite shocked and they asked me why didn't I tell them previously. I said that I didn't want to panic them this time(Usually I create a hype about the publishing of results!!!). The overall turn over of the class results went low this time! The toppers were pulled out and for no reasons, few friends of mine were not able to make it. I believe it is a matter which would be fired in the revaluation.

There were many happy incidents and the shocking fact is that the results were out without a hype. Usually the university sends a panic wave for 15 days and then releases the results.

I wish my people aren't complacent about the exams this time.

Sai

The D-Day for Deathly Hallows?

I am getting used to reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince for the past three days. I wanted to finish this book before deathly hallow arrives.(I happen to purchase one for 630 bucks... cool na?)
What did this potter mania bring among the student community? I feel that the craze for the books have brought good reading habit among the kids. I was watching a kid talking to a reporter the television replying to a question whether she would read the last chapter first and the kid replied that " I want the first to read first and the last to be read last". I was shocked by this comment. But people are going mad which makes them finish 600 pages in a matter of few hours!!!!
Well! here comes another potter fan who does not mind being slow to come to know what happens to Harry Potter eventually.

I have a question lingering in my mind.. Do people really finish the books or they are just first edition snobs.

I got a call while I was typing this post from a friend of mine. He did so to inform me that he bought the book for 750 bucks from a place. It seems he was the first person to get the book. He has been following the Potter series and I am very curious about what drives these people to be so mad.
I have friends who just hate harry potter for the reason that it is a book meant only for kids...
This situation reminds me of a dialogue from the movie Bunty or Bubli. I wanted to type it in Hindi but let me explain better..
There are two of people in this world: One like Harry potter and the other dont....

Wish the outcome of the book is a good one. I am getting a copy of the book in a day or two as I checked my book status to be "Ready to Ship!!!!" I was quite happy about it.

Fun with 8 bits

Hi there,
I have been enjoying going to a Hitech Microcontroller Programming class as a part of my continuous resume updation of plan. I am quite happy with the progress of the class and I am enjoying my job at the class...

Now why did I name this blog as fun with 8 bits? Of course, Yesterday we were allowed to program the micro controllers in the lab. The program was to glow 8 Leds in a sequence. It was fun. Well these days seem to be bit worser worser and still worser.

May be I should start acting soon. I dont find anything interesting to post these days.....

Tuesday Blues

Hi there,
I think there is a pre-existent force which decides the course of the life of a person. I had to take 9 hours of deep sleep so that my body temperature dips... Mom adviced to do so. She adviced against visiting a medicos fearing high dosage of tablets. Now am quite alright. Body pain exists and now am sweating a lot. May be thats a sign of a decreasing temps.
I have been regular to this blogspace and I wish it continues. . . . . .

BTW I have decided my mini fabrication project to be a fire fighting robot. Though it has been done, I chose it avoid hastle with all 10 papers in this great 7th semester.

Ok! C ya

The Monday fever?

My health has been affected since the day I returned from Mumbai. I felt giddy last Friday. I had a stomach ache on Saturday. I had problem with my throat on Sunday...

And now I have a head ache along with a sore threat. I feel feverish...

So lets call it the Monday fever...

Coimbatore is pretty cold these days. The temperature here is just 20 to 25 degrees celsius!!!

Can we dub it as a rehearsal for the December climate here?

I am pretty sick today! My dear blog, Wish me Good Luck!

I am yet to start up with my project that has been assigned.

Hope I return normal this evening. Let us call that condition as being in the pink of my health!! My friend made this remark through sms. I was just wondering that people make one such remark so that the other gets surprised or jealous of their language usage.
I wasn't since I felt it was quite funny. I never meant to hurt anybody. It was funny to see such a message amidst a travel. Funny to read and funny for no reason.......

6:13 p.m. : The fever has built up to a certain extent that am suffering from body ache

Sunday, July 8, 2007

This Sunday is a bit tiresome. The day to decide things. The day of twists and turns. The day which ay be a turning point. The day which is meant for rest The day for school friends.

The toy train

The toy train
Originally uploaded by yamanoorsai

This was a pic taken inside The Prime Mall, Andheri. This mall is famous for the monster house in the third floor. I never made an attempt to go inside it since my friend told me that it would be thrilling, only for the kids.... Anyways, I went to the food corner in the same floor. Since I had a vegetable sandwich before entering the mall, I and my friend Joe decided to have an ice cream this time.
We were pretty confused and decided to have something that is different. There was a separate column for kids... We assumed to be belonging to this category!!!! Joe ordered a dessert called Shakalaka Boom Boom and I ordered a toy train. I hope you can see the train in the pic.
I was surprised to see the creativity of the shop keeper!!! May be he would have got it from somewhere. Yet it was wonderful. Hide & seek as the front. Gems for the wheels and some weird stick for the chimney.
There was a cadbury's chocolate in the compartment behind! The ice cream was a total treat @ 50 bucks. I went 10 years younger while having this ice cream!!!!!!!

This was accomplished in the evening of day1!!!!!!

More to share!

Fresh Start to July

Returned from a long trip to Mumbai after quite a long time. Enjoyed it a lot!!!! I am very much interested to share my experience over the blogs... But not at this time of the night. Am pretty tired to type and as well as relieved from a problem which kept eating me so long. Though it is npt a big one, hope it does not get blown up. Waiting for God's grace to be showered upon me...... I did confess about my mistake!!!!

Ok let me describe my mumbai journey in separate blogs. The blogs seems to pose a problem since it does not allow me post pics!!!!

Shall try to rectify it. Watch out this blogspace for fun in future!!!

After that, I shall be travelling to Mumbai. Yipee! Mumbai had always been my dream city since childhood. I visited it thrice so far. Quite happy & nervous about the journey. I shall be returning by next friday. I wish I could post the next one by the friday evening.

I have planned to check my mails during the journey if I happen to get a chance.

Today, I am going to change my hairstyle. Dad has ordered to do so!!!

Two days Since then

It has been two days of my acedmic life where I spent them with laughter and gossips. My presence at the college seem to have no purpose behind and I was a mere watcher. Today I have got a pleasant shock about which I was informed already and this is the last day of this week @ coll.
I shall be travelling to Bombay this week. I have got an opportunity to succeed in life and I am not interested to spoil the spirit since I had not been successful at certain things due to my negligence.

I could not find out why I am not able to upload a pic into this blog. The pics are ready but to damn with blogger! It identifies an error, every time I find to upload a pic. Wish I upload one soon.

Ok time to sign off.... I hope there is a silent reader tracking me :)

See Ya!

Another day?

Here I come to the final year of my college life. Wednesday is the start of a crucial phase in my life. Another year to spend with my classmates. I am aware of the fact that I would lose contact of these people after 1 SHORT year. This fact makes me feel sick.
What could be the reason? I met these guys all of a sudden in 04. We were good friends since then or may be the best ever!
But there is a truth that we need to digest. Every one have their life ahead and hence need to proceed. I keep repeating this at all possible places...

Many of my near and dear told me that usually it would not be possible to meet your college friends since you would be busy with your life. They may be right but this fact may be hard to accept.

May be I shall see this happen next year and I wish that I keep on writing at this place.(God willing!)

Floods in CBE???

A great sunday to enjoy @ home with mom and Dad. Decided to take ma cam to shoot something usefully. Life is boring here....

Yet the shocking fact is that parts of Coimbatore is submerged due to heavy rain. We should thank the Almighty for blessing the city with heavy rains just to pass another year without water scarcity.

Many people in CBE are naive of the fact that Coimbatorians are consumers of the world's second tastiest water. Yet we waste them. Come on! lets save water......

Rains in CBE!!!!

Hi there!
This is the worst summer holidays I have ever spent. I keep watching movies as possible as I can. I need to get something rolling before time goes waste and I lose control. 5 more valuable days!
Rains in my city makes me feel happy. Yes! Its rainy season down in Coimbatore. I am very much interested to upload the pics. But ma laziness resists me!!! I have to install a software to do so!

I shall find a better pic soon and upload them!!!!

A long time since then

It has been a long time since I visited my page... My one and only page. You know why? These days I started hating my computer. My pretty little computer is just giving me enough trouble that I don't invite myself to sit in front of it. It just gets stuck wherever it wishes.
Thanks to blogger.com which has provided me with an auto draft saving option. Wherever I get stuck, I am able to re start my self writing the blog.

You would have been wondering, where had I been for 10 days. The answer is simple! I was in college helping my friends get a job.

It is almost over except for a few hitches. I have started being lazy once again.....

Hoping for the best!

Love,
Sai.

Ah! No blogs for a long time

It has been a long time since I appeared over public diaries. You know what happened? I got my dual placement in the past 4 days. I am pretty shocked over my performance.

Days are boring these days....

End of Day 10 Cleared the aptitude test!!!

At last, the test went well. Though I did not prepare myself. My classmates helped me make it through the test. I prepared a lot in the pre placement talk hall as well as in the damn old canteen of my college.

Though the verbal side was a bit bla bla bla. I made it through the quantitative section.

Ah! the critical reasoning section was too complex for me since I never solved them so far. May be I should improve my mental ability soon!!!

Tomo is the crucial phase! The interview. Am not prepared yet.

I need to take a good nap before I leap...

See ya! Bye

I think this is becoming a personal diary to me.

May be I should drag public issues soon

Love,
Sai

Day 10

Hard work pays.

I deserve it. Better luck next time!

Shall keep updated if at all I have a good news.

After 9 hours of sleep, am a bit worried. My prep collapsed after 3 long hours in the evening. I think I don't deserve it this time. I am vexed up with life.

"Better Late than Never" is the policy adopted today.

In future, I am interested to write about the Pirates & How I screwed my computer!!!!!

Should Anna University screw itself?

I am a fan of orkut and I keep checking my account regularly. It is the greatest place on earth where I am able to establish contact with my old school friends. I have a bad habit too. I keep peeking into profiles of the people. I went through a particular one... Where the guy has written in his profile name " Anna University can screw itself"
This chap has just finished his class 12 ( Was able to recognise from his scraps!). What does he know about anna univ? After all he is a kid. He has joined a deemed university for a B.E. degree which isn't recognised by anyone in the world( I meant the other way. The university isn't famous). So is anna univ famous? Of course, Yes! People know the existence of such a univ. Should I go talk to this guy, he will go on tell his tales about his stupid univ. He wouldn't accept the fact. He may argue about the system followed in my univ... Yes ! I do agree. Because of the large stature of anna univ, it is not able to manage itself. As if his univ is doing the best. They run the insti with more than 10000 students at 3 places........ My univ has split up into 3 for managerial convenience.

My point at this blog?
Should not point at others when we aren't perfect. So am I. My apologies since I got angry over it. I wanted to express my anguish about this thing somewhere.

This guy has aimed for getting into the IITs and ended up in a deemed univ! Good Shot...
Should not target at others! Aren't we students after all?

Day 8

AH! Here comed just another day in my life. I never hit the books. IS this my capacity? Why am I behaving too weird? What could be done? My dreams are bring eaten up.

I think someone rightly said " An idle mind is the devils workshop"

Week One complete

Hi friends!!!
A week has passed by since the exams got over! I haven't achieved something useful yet! Alas, am waiting for the placements to get over! You know what happened at last? I solved 30 questions from a stupid book and just slept off. To improve my reading habit, I started reading a book called Emma by Jane Austen. My friend had already warned me about the book. Inspite of it, I took the book just to realise my mistake! Ah its a boring lot. Yet am going to finish it since my language has worsened these days. Moreover I have started making several mistakes since I left my reading habit. My brother used to warn me in the high school. Yet I ignored him and now I feel a lot and may be I would have been better if I had a good reading habit. Had you gone through my previous posts, you would have noticed at least 1 mistake. Never mind! Sai doesn't give up. He is going to improve himself in due course.
Let us forget about the past. It is already noon on Day 7! Nobody is gonna question me why didn't I give in a morning attendance! Yet it is my duty to do so! You know what happened? The internet wasn't getting connected. I tried several times. Nope nope nope! I had to leave for the mock tests. Today I got up at 3:30 a.m. Slept once again, got up at 5 a.m. Slept once again and I got up at 7. As usual the lion went on its own hunt before leaving to coll. Finally, it was to lazy to cook once again in the noon.

I tried calling up the telephone department to complain about the broadband connection.

Tring Tring Tring!
Operator: Hello Complaints section!
Me: Madam! Is this the number for broadband complaints?

Operator: Since morning, some numbers aren't functioning properly. We do not know the reason. If you do not get connected by tomorrow morning, please call tomorrow.
Me: Thank you Madam!

She cut the phone even before I concluded. This is the way the telephone exchange in my locality works. But I am aware of this problem since it has occurred twice before. Once, the medium of the entire exchange was down. I don't know what is a medium? Forget it.

The second time, Our telephone lines weren't properly connected. It took 3 days for the telephone exchange people to attend my compaint. I was fired by my brother by the time the connection was restored. I lost my peace by the time the thing worked.

Ah! The driver has called up for learning time. I need to go to practice driving!!!! I don't know why this damn thing isn't being grasped by me in a short span! Ok never mind!

I have got only two more days to get ready for the action! Yes a big company is visiting my coll on 9th! It is called TCS! I hope any engineering student may know it. I hope to make something big at this company. If not, there are several to come. You know what? One company called Wipro is offering to place the toppers in their company without an aptitude test. Ah! What a policy?

Anyways the warrior has to get prepared for another battle.. All my friends are arming themselves. I should too. Lets see what happens.

Ok! Gotta go.. C ya

Finally Designed ma tee

I should slap my face first! My friend had a long nap last evening and he failed to see my messages. So sad about it! I should not have been so harsh to shout at my friend over a blog!!!!
My sincere apologies Kishore! It would never happen again.
I think I am a short tempered person. But why all this hype? Because, I finally painted ma tee!

Hip Hip! Hurray!

Though it was a bit shaky and shaggy, I am quite happy with it. It is getting dried up. I shall iron it and give it a fluffy look as soon as possible. May be it comes better after I iron the surface. I shall be capturing it soon and post it in a short time.

So today went with a * useless aptitude tests at college.
*booking railway tickets for a confidential trip ( Not confidential for a long time though!)
* Designing my tee.
This confidential trip made me have a row with my dad. Wish my side becomes +ve. Its getting too confidential to discuss about it here[:)] Am I conservative?

Ok! My dear fans & friends! Meet ya in the next blog! I am expecting a good comment for my blogs soon.....

Day 5

I did something useful last night! You know what? I bought the OHP sheets to cut the stencil design. I cut my hands twice before I made the stencil. At last, the stencil had to be thrown as a waste. One guy told me that you can better draw directly over the tee. i did. It turned out to be the most ugliest tee I have ever seen. I shall show you the pic as soon as possible.

Let's hope that day 5 has something in its stock.

Totally jobless!

Had you gone through my previous posts, You would have known how jobless I am. Today was just another day to count in. I had a few friends messaging me regarding the placement prep( The damn thing starts by June 9) and a few calling up over orkut. All my plans collapsed.

As of now, I have a call sheet fixed up tonight. Dunno what happens to that. As usual my friend cut the throat. Never turned up to design the tee! Mom and dad left. Yipee! The bird has got its wings to fly! Now am gonna get some OHP sheets to design ma tee.
I am gonna make things fruitful at the later end of the day. Four days of relaxation would suffice.
Today's thought: Never believe a lazy friend.........

Summer Hols day 4! First sunday

Ah! According to me, yesterday was an utter waste. Today, mom and dad are leaving on a 3 week pilgrimage. From today onwards, I have too cook myself, wash myself and whatever thing has to be done by ME. This is Home Alone 6th edition calling...
You know what? My people turn mad everytime, they come back from their long trip. Usually my parents leave me behind for a period of ten days. This time, its getting worse. Dunno What to do! I have got my placements on June 9 10 11.... OMG! I don't know to knot a tie.
Shrug it off! Its life calling.... Today's plans:
* Pack up mom and dad
* Study for some time
* Think about the project
* Design the Tee

Wish it would be a successful day!

Love,
Sai

Summer Holidays Day 3

Today I am celebrating the day 3 of my summer holidays. It went waste. I have got a long way to go. Found myself jobless during the study holidays and I won two summer projects. Unfortunately, I am a bit lazier these days. Never started with it yet.
I have an ambition to take the GRE.. Kick it. Opened the first list by 1000hrs! Closed it by 1020hrs.... Ha HA! Struggling here. I chose to be different these hols. Decided to design my tees. So I shelled out 220 bucks to buy the brushes and colors. I actually planned to draw the design today. I spent two hours at the Government exhibition. It went waste. I and my friend have taken an oath to select the designs tonight so that we start the painting tomo. Lets see what happens!

BTW I welcome any constructive suggestion towards T shirt design..

Love,
Sai

Whats in a name?

Hello there! I had been dumb for quite a longtime! Not very long though! Well, this is my first blog on this greatest place over the web. I hope I make it a habit to come here daily as you people do...
What should I be writing here? I have seen several blogs under anonymous mode and have even commented about them. Only a very few are brought under limelight. I saw a diversity in them. Some write about their daily incidents... Some keep complaining. Some just post something and some help people!
What about me? I have no idea. I haven't decided yet. Shall keep this place well informed about my plans.

BTW I used to write some blogs over Yahoo 360.http://360.yahoo.com/yamanoorsai

Please do write down your views about it.

P.S: I have a bad grammar knowledge.. Please don't mind the change in tenses in the intermediate. If you do, I don't...
